Pam Cushing MD, RN, MSc NIP PGDIP(Aest Med), an Independent Prescriber with over 30 years’ experience in the NHS, gained an MSc with commendation and graduated with merit in a postgraduate diploma in Aesthetics Medicine in 2004; since then she has been advancing the practice of facial aesthetics as a highly experienced and skilled practitioner.
Pam specialises in the use of medical grade acids in the management of common skin disorders.
Alongside her role as Vice President of the Society of Mesotherapy and member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses, Pam runs a successful private aesthetic clinic in the East of England.
In 2014 Pam was introduced to the cutting edge science that forms the unique benefit behind pHformula and she established Aspire & Co limited as a skin academy, becoming the exclusive distributor of the pHformula brand in the UK.
As a teenager, I suffered severely from acne. I felt ashamed of my skin, and it caused me to have a lot of self-esteem issues. Instead of letting it beat me, I tried anything and everything to find a solution that worked. This is where my love of skincare began.
I began my career in beauty by working with several different high-end brands as a skincare expert, adviser and consultant. I longed to build a relationship with customers, which allowed me to follow their journey of self-love based on what I’d learned through mine.

I specialise in providing advanced treatments alongside skincare education, using my in-depth knowledge to perfect and formulate the best solution for your skincare issues and concerns, working together to help you become the best skin specialist possible.
Gemma has been working with Pam for the past six years; many of you will already know her, but if you don't, you will get the pleasure of speaking to her when you join the brand through our education programme.
With over 20 years of experience, Gemma started as a beauty therapist working in some of the Top London Clinics before specialising in skin and becoming an advanced skincare specialist.
Gemma has worked as an educator for many of the leading Skincare brands and brings a wealth of educating experience to our team.
As she was working in leading clinics in Knightsbridge and Cheshire, she had the pleasure of treating many high-profile clients and celebrities. And therefore, she is a highly sought after practitioner!
Alongside working with pHformula, she is known as the 'FairyFace-mother' to her adoring clients.

"My journey with skin started in 2005 when I opened the doors of my salon in Dublin. Offering a wide range of beauty treatments, I quickly understood that treating skin is my main focus and passion.

These products have given me the ability to treat skin safely and with confidence. I achieve outstanding results like never before.

For the last three years, my passion for glowing skin has expanded as I became an Educator for pHformula.
